To get started, sign up for a free account and then click on "SUBMIT". You will be led through a series of easy to fill out fields prompting you to tell us a little about the site, domain or service that you wish to sell. This will include the price at which you would like to sell at. The Offer will run for the length of time that you specify and can always be relisted within a day of its due ending. In this last 24 hours you can come back to the site and relist it which also send the listing back to the very top for more eyeballs.
There is nolisting fee and no commission fee. You may, as an option, purchase credits for a modest fee which showcases your Listing throughout the site, as you can see on the left.
If you’ve provided an accurate description for the item your are selling, and if you have set a fair price, you will now hopefully start to see Offers coming in. Make sure you verify site access and add traffic and revenue statistics (if you have them) as this will help boost trust from buyers. Keep an eye on your private messages and discussion thread as some people may have questions before they submit an Offer. Indeed, many people will treat the discussion on your listing in a similar way to a forum thread so there is a chance that business may actually be condustced there
As the seller, you must accept or reject each Offer that is placed on your Offer. Once you accept an Offer, please update the discussion thread to let everybody know and change the status of the listing to Sold.
If you accept an Offer at a previously disclosed prioce then you are legally bound to sell the item to the winning Offerer at the end of your Offer so we advise you to take your time deciding on this price.
Please contact the winning party directly to facilitate the transfer of the domain and/or site or to proceed with the service offered.
